: :: Maureen ... Don't think there is a connection but there are interesting overlaps. My great grandfather was Patrick Sheehy. He was born in 1847 (trying to recover birth certificate). Came to the United States and I believe he married here. Died in a coal mine near Shenendoah, Pennsylvania before beginning of 20th century.
: : Would be interesting if you find the birth certificate, as they are not common, more the Baptismal Certificate, then see the names of Patricks parents. Perhaps they are connected.
