    I read in a magazine that drivers 75 and over and not allowed to drive in Ireland and perhaps also N. Ireland.
    My wife and I are planning a trip in Apr/May 2011, and want to rent a car as we have on 5 previous trips. Is this age restriction true?
    I am 77 in Jan 2011 and my wife is 75 in June 2011 but usually I do all the driving.
    If there are restrictions to whom can I write to seek an exception? Many thanks, Bill Donahoe
