Hello Michael,I have just read the article about the black irish,and I just wanted to tell you that my family have made references to being black irish as far back as anyone can remember,most of my family are black haired and blue or green eyed,my mothers maiden name was Mackey and my last name is related to the burkes,from what we have been able to find out,thanks for the article,it answered some questions for us,keep it up.Robert Cook
