    : My sisters and I are visiting Ireland in September, and as I enjoy poetry and Irish mythology I wrote this piece for the occasion.
    : In the darkest hollows, tawny beings stir to flight.
    : Leaves drift to black pond.
    : Offered bones chime.
    : The cowelled woman,
    : our eyes alike,
    : clothed in velvet,satin and
    : crescent light,
    : calls us through the voice of the Atlantic.
