smoking ban

regarding a smoking ban in cars with an under 16 yr old in the car might be a good or bad idea BUT surely the Garda has enough work to do without this extra burden. ie: how is it going to be policed as it is very hard to tell a 14 yr old from a 17 yr old.maybe a ban on smoking in cars would be easier.
